The aim of this project is to explore possibilities of using diverse parameters in software development to enable quantitative assessment of the excellence of pre-delivery product and development processes. The ultimate goal is to create methods, and supportive tools that are integrated with various development process for assessing the excellence of development artifacts. Project managers and software designers use this assessment for product quality improvement, delivery risk assessment and decision making. The outcome of applied methods is the reduction of maintenance cost and fault-proneness of products.
