This project aims to investigate practical methods and tools for detecting the degree of activation of materials used in TES building applications, particularly PCMs. The project is a continuation of a Master’s thesis which showed that several technologies are interesting to develop further. This will lead to the development of performance indicators of TES systems and the achievement of their optimal or full potential. The project brings the Departments of Architecture and Civil Engineering (Building Technology) and Physics (Biological Physics) together.
