Chalmers Mass Spectrometry Infrastructure (CMSI) is a research infrastructure at Chalmers University of Technology providing access to advanced mass spectrometry technologies, analytical expertise, and research support for researchers from academia, healthcare, public agencies, and industry.
CMSI supports research projects ranging from routine analyses and pilot studies to advanced method development and collaborative research initiatives.
Our expertise spans metabolomics, lipidomics, targeted and untargeted small-molecule analysis, food and nutrition biomarkers, environmental contaminants, and analytical method development.
CMSI contributes to national research infrastructure initiatives through its involvement in both SciLifeLab and BioMS (Biological Mass Spectrometry).
