This lecture focuses on three maritime logistics themes; maritime transport, maritime informatics and sustainability, all essential in trade. The audience will be able to discuss maritime logistics based on maritime transport, maritime informatics, and sustainable maritime transport. The lecture provides suggestions to researchers and practitioners on maritime logistics development.
About Henrik Ringsberg
Dr Henrik Ringsberg is an instructor at the Division of Technical and Maritime Management, Department of Mechanics and Maritime Sciences. His present research interest focuses on maritime logistics, informatics, and sustainable shipping. The research is funded by Energimyndigheten and Region Västra Götaland. Dr Ringsberg completed his Doctoral Degree in Engineering at Lund University in 2013, and holds a MSc in environmental engineering from Luleå University of Technology in 2001.
