Author instructions

Oral presentations
Presentations should be in MS PowerPoint or PDF format, and should be uploaded to the computer in the session room before the session starts.

All collected presentations will be converted into PDF and made available on the web-site after the workshop, except if the presenter lets the local organising committee know that he/she disagrees with that.

Each speaker will have 15 minutes to present and 5 minutes for questions, except the invited speakers who will have 25 minutes to present and 5 minutes for questions. Please respect the time limits, so that enough time is left for questions and discussion.
Poster presentations
For each poster, a space of 100cm by 120cm, in portrait format, is reserved on the poster boards. Please respect this size limitation.

All the posters should be put up on their dedicated place (see ID number given in the detailed programme) from the beginning to the end of the workshop. The author should be available to discuss his/her work during the poster session, on Wednesday 16, from 15:00 to 16:00.

All the material necessary for fixing the posters to the boards will be made available on site.
