Please notice that a payment card with an expire-date is needed as a
guarantee when booking. This is only received through telephone due to security
reasons.
Cancellation
Individually booked rooms can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days
before arrival. All cancellations beyond is charged with 100% of the
cancellation cost.
Payment
Payment is made upon arrival at Hotel Panorama. We accept payment through
credit/debit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Amercian Express, Maestro and Diners are
accepted). Please note that a credit/debit card with an expire-date is
required as a guarantee when making your reservation.
