WACQT Summer School 2019

When: 21-26th August 2019
Where: Säröhus, Göteborg

The PhD School of the Wallenberg Centre of Quantum Technology organises its first summer school in August 2019. We have six internationally renowned speakers (see list below) who will lecture on different aspects of Quantum Technology.

Each lecturer will also arrange an exercise class and there will be a multiple-choice exam at the end of the school. For active participation, WACQT PhD students receive 1.5 study credits.

The school will also give opportunities for networking and a lecture on how to think about Intellectual Property in the context of Quantum Technology.

All WACQT PhD students are expected to participate in the School. In addition we will accept a limited number of other PhD students and post-docs. Please apply before the 15th of May on the registration link below.

If you are accepted, the school will be free of charge, including food and lodging. However, we will charge students a "no-show fee" corresponding to the full cost of 15.000 SEK in case you have confirmed your participation but do not show up.

Travel to and from the school is arranged and paid for by the students themselves.

Don't miss this opportunity to learn about Quantum Technology at a location very much appreciated by Swedish kings in the summer!
