Act Sustainable 2020

Chalmers University of Technology and the University of Gothenburg's annual sustainability week Act Sustainable is back November 16-20. Registrations are open until November 11th. The week, which is aimed at students, teachers, researchers and other staff at the two universities, is completely digital this year. The digitization means that generous parts of the program will be open to the general public and external guests.

Between November 16-20 Chalmers and the University of Gothenburg's annual sustainability week will take place right here - on the internet!

Due to the current situation, this year's edition will be 100% digital, and we are pleased to present a program with an exciting range in both subjects and academic fields. The week is open to all students, teachers, researchers and other staff at Chalmers and Gothenburg universities and the official language of the week is English. With the digitized concept, large parts of this year's program are open to the general public and external guests.

To participate, you are required to register for the events of your choice and you may register for as many as you want. The registrations are open until November 11. For registration and more information, visit the Act Sustainables website.

Student, researcher, teacher or other staff

For those of you who are students or employees at Chalmers University of Technology or the University of Gothenburg participate in the events via Zoom. It gives you the opportunity to participate actively, for example by asking questions to lecturers or otherwise reacting to the content. However, there are limited places in Zoom and first come, first served!

External guests and visitors

For other participants, our live stream is available on YouTube. Selected program items will be streamed on Gothenburg's Centre for Sustainable Development's YouTube channel. Anyone can watch there, but the opportunity to participate actively is limited. This also requires registration.

Links to the program items you signed up for will be sent to your registration email a few days before the event.
