In this project focus is put on identifying so-called RNA binding proteins (RBPs), which are believed to be involved in endocytosis and exocytosis of RNA-transport, subcellular localization and cargo degradation. We hypothesize that identification of these RBPs can help us to understand the cellular mechanism of RNA-transport as well as to utilize these proteins for (i) loading of therapeutic RNA into EVs and (ii) efficient RNA escape from LNPs.
