Chalmers learning environments

Chalmers vision for its education  includes offering world-class education in which students hone their ability to create sustainable, societal and technical solutions that make a difference, locally and globally. To achieve this goal, active quality development of educational approaches/teaching methods and physical learning environments is required.

Chalmers premises and campuses must constitute an inspiring and creative environment. New study environments are continually being developed on both of Chalmers campuses, and this comprises upgrades to large classrooms as well as the creation of new study areas in smaller previously unused spaces. The development of Chalmers learning environments also includes evolving towards more flexible spaces to enable various educational approaches in teaching.
