Stockholm Environment Institute (SEI) is an international non-profit research organisation. In January 2017 SEI was rated as the world's most influential think tank on environmental policy issues in a renowned annual survey made by the University of Pennsylvania. SEI researchers often combine academic publication with policy briefs and stakeholder engagement in their work. They are organised under ten so called initiatives on topics like Behaviour and choice, Climate finance or Producer to consumer sustainability.
