The registration fee for the conference is 3100 SEK (≈ 348 EUR) incl. 25% VAT. It includes accommodation in a double room (shared with another student), access to the scientific program, book of abstracts and all meals. The fee is subsidised by the Soft Matter Graduate School at Chalmers University of Technology and the SoftComp Network of Excellence. If you are a student in the Soft Matter Graduate School, your registration fee will be paid by the graduate school.

The registration will be open from Feb 1 – April 1. The registration and payment will be handled through an online payment system on the conference website. There are two different registration forms: one for members of the Soft Matter Graduate School, and one for non-members.

If you are a member of the Soft Matter Graduate School: No payment is required.

If you are NOT a member of the Soft Matter Graduate School: The registration will be complete only after you have paid the registration fee. A receipt of your payment will be sent to your email address. The registration fee is refundable only until April 29.

IMPORTANT!!! The number of participants is limited to 120, and will be filled on a first-come-first-serve basis. If the number of registrations exceeds 120, the date of your registration will determine whether or not you can participate.
