All participants are required to contribute to the conference by presenting their research, either by giving an oral presentation or by bringing a poster to the poster session. The organising committee has reviewed the submitted abstracts and arranged a list of all oral and poster presenters as well as a timetable for the oral presentations.

Guidelines for oral presentation

Oral presentations can be maximum 15 minutes long. Speakers who do not adhere to this time limit will be interrupted when their time is up. Each presentation will be followed by a discussion of maximum 5 minutes.

Powerpoint (.ppt) is the only accepted file format for the presentation. Please bring your file on a USB memory stick or send it by email in advance to esc-2011@chalmers.se.

Guidelines for poster

Posters should have the dimensions 119x89 cm and the orientation should be as in the image below.

The poster walls will be in place from lunch time on Thursday 16/6 until lunch time on Friday 17/6. The poster session will take place on Thursday evening (see the schedule under “Program”).
