Organic Electronics - from single molecules to polymers and self-assembled devices

Scope
Chalmers Soft Matter Graduate School is organizing a summer school on polymers and molecules for organic electronics solar cells and light emitting diodes. The aim is to bring together students and researchers working on different disciplines within the field.

General
The School starts in the evening 27/6 and ends after breakfast 2/7. We will mix lectures, exercises and discussions. The School will take place at, Hönö, a small island on the west coast of Sweden which is easily reached by bus/ferry from Gothenburg.

Speakers
Rachel A. Segalman (UC Berkeley); self-assembly, block co-polymers
Lynn Loo (Princeton); processing, structure-function relations in field effect transistors and solar cells.
Ludvig Edman (Umeå); organic light-emitting devices, in-situ doping, organic p-n junctions .
Fredrik Krebs; roll to rool manufacturing of solar cells (Risø/DTU) (not confirmed)
Thomas Blaudeck; printing of electronic devices (Chemnitz)
Mats Andersson; conjugated polymers (Chalmers)
Kasper Moth-Poulsen; single molecule electronics (Chalmers)

What to bring
Students should bring a poster that describes their project, and a laptop computer.
