SAFER Vehicle and Traffic Safety Centre at Chalmers is a joint research unit where 25 partners from the Swedish automotive industry, academia and authorities cooperate to make a centre of excellence within the field of vehicle and traffic safety.

Trafiksäkerhet gav störst mediegenomslag i höstens mätning

 

När TNS-Sifo på uppdrag av Chalmers tittat på vilka nyheter kopplade till Chalmers som fått störst genomslag i media, hamnade trafiksäkerhet och klimat i topp.

Tre av 22 nyheter rörde trafiksäkerhetsforskning från SAFER. 

Nyheten om att fotgängare utsätter cyklister för fara nådde exempelvis 2,8 milj tittare/läsare/lyssnare.

Tre experter från forskningscentrumet SAFER belyser nuläge och möjliga lösningar för säkrare cykling. NTF Väst och SAFER bjuder in till att lyssna på de senaste forskningsrönen.

University of Michigan College of Engineering new partner in SAFER Insight 

SAFER Insight is expanding its course offerings by welcoming Michigan Engineering and Integrative Systems + Design, as a new partner to the portal. The web portal SAFER Insight has been active for some months and has an increasingly number of visitors. "SAFER has research collaboration agreements with a number of international organizations. We are now inviting all of them to join the training portal. Our intention is to grow by including the course offerings of the SAFER partner research network", says Anna Nilsson-Ehle, director of SAFER.
