Signal Processing and AntennasThe division offers undergraduate education in basic Signals and Systems as well as Antenna Engineering, Digital Signal Processing and Statistical Signal Processing. There are also PhD level courses in related areas, from the theoretical methods to applications in Antenna Engineering and Signal Processing.
The Signal Processing Group deals mostly with development and analysis of new algorithms based on statistical models. The methods are used in a wide range of applications, such as adaptive antennas in mobile communication and radar, video communication, engine control and sensor fusion for automotive safety.
