Organisation

Onsala Space Observatory is the Swedish National Facilty for Radio Astronomy, supported by the Swedish Research Council. The observatory is operated by Chalmers University of Technology and is associated with its Department of Earth and Space Sciences. There are particularly strong links to the Department's research groups in Advanced receiver development, Radio astronomy and astrophysics, Space geodesy and geodynamics, and Global environmental measurements and modelling.
