New way to fabricate III-V devices on a glass substrate
2010-07-06
Mohammad Hadi Tavakoli Dastjerdi, diploma worker at MC2, got his paper selected as an feature article in Electronics Letters, no14, to be published on July 8. The work is done in collaboration with Anke Sanz-Velasco and Mahdad Sadeghi.
The paper describes a new way to fabricate III-V devices on a glass substrate. The epitaxial procedure preserves the electrical
characteristics of the device and shows great potential as a simple technique for integrated microwave and photonics applications.
