Mohammad Reza Khanzadi is currently a Ph.D. student at the Department of Micro-Technology and Nano-Science at Chalmers University of Technology in collaboration with Department of Signals and Systems.

Reza received the B.Sc. in electrical and electronics engineering from University of Zanjan, Iran in 2006. He then continued his M.Sc. studies in communications engineering at Chalmers University of Technology between 2008 and 2010. The main focus of his masters' thesis was on the application of signal processing algorithms in wireless sensor and cognitive radio networks.

Reza's Ph.D. project is focused on radio frequency oscillator modeling, oscillator phase noise estimation/compensation, and determining the effect of oscillator phase noise on the performance of communication systems under the supervision of Prof. Thomas Eriksson, Dr. Dan Kuylenstierna, and Dr. Hani Mehrpouyan.

Before joining Chalmers, Reza worked as an Electronic System Designer in the R&D Department of Nasim Hamrah Communications Company in Iran from 2006 to 2008. His main contribution was implementation of the MAC layer for the DECT protocol on FPGA.
