Chalmers and UN-HABITAT work together in building the capacity of tertiary institutions within developing countries in teaching and research regarding sound development of human settlements.

The partnership is conducted in a multidisciplinary manner with the view to bridging the gaps between science, education, field activities and policymaking. It will include cooperation in research, sustainable development, education and training, exchange of students and staff, joint development of e-learning programmes, organization of workshops and other academic activities.

There is a network at Chalmers with teachers and researchers interested in UN-HABITAT Partner University issues. You can subscribe to the e-mail list and receive information about what is going on. As member you can also communicate with the network yourself. Please fill in your name when subscribing.
