Education is an important task in developing skilled and knowledgeable researches. In Gothenburg a long tradition in environmental research and atmospheric science has provided a profound educational platform within these fields. In several of Chalmers and University of Gothenburg educational programme atmospheric science is highlighted. GAC has a role to support this education. However, most noticeable is the involvement at the master levels where GAC has supported the development of specialised master programmes such at “Atmospheric Science” at University of Gothenburg and “Radio and Space science” at Chalmers.
