Yaw Sasu-Boakye's research studies at the Department of Energy and Environment focuses on the modelling and analysis of greenhouse gas emissions from land use and food production.

Yaw’s doctoral research forms part of a project that began in 2010 at the Physical Resource Theory Division of Chalmers University. The goal of the project is to assess the potential net reductions of greenhouse gas emissions from increased use of Scandinavian protein feed in Scandinavian livestock production.
