Torbjörn Thiringer works with electrical systems, mainly wind energy applications or with electrical systems within electrified vehicles. His focus is both on the overall functionality of these systems, as well as on the power electronics and electrical machine parts.
​Torbjörns main teaching today is supervision of M.Sc and B.Sc thesis students, which is around 2+ per year. In addition Torbjörn participates in the teaching of the courses ”Power Electronic design and applications ENM070 and Hybrid electrical vehicles, MTT095.
