Przemyslaw Strachowski is a post-doctoral researcher at division of Food and Nutrition Science working on DetoxPak project aimed on the designing and developing of novel coatings for application in active food packaging. The main area of his research is on scavenging packaging materials for efficient and selective removal of the toxicants from seafood products. Physical chemistry is his scientific background.
