Postdoc

Stefania Noerman takes part in FoodPhyt, a European project to elucidate the role of phytochemicals from plant-based foods on metabolic health. Her research focuses on identification of determinants of differential responses to the diet, and subsequently, the risk of metabolic diseases. Such understanding will later help in formulation of personalized nutrition. Besides, she is involved in Working Group 1 in Federation of European Nutrition Societies, aimed to redefine the concept of health and current methodologies in nutrition science.
