Magnus Thomasson

Associate professor, Department of Space, Earth and Environment, Astronomy and Plasma Physics, Extragalactic Astrophysics.

Magnus Thomasson teaches, e.g., astrophysics and electric circuits. He also works at Onsala Space Observatory with research administration, e.g., with the Time Allocation Committee for the observatory’s telescopes. Magnus Thomasson’s research interest is mainly galaxies, in particular spiral and interacting galaxies and their interstellar medium, studied with numerical simulations and radio astronomical observations.
