Dmitrii Khokhriakov

PhD student at the Department of Microtechnology and Nanoscience, Quantum Device Physics Laboratory

Dmitrii Khokhriakov is a PhD student in the spintronics research group lead by Saroj P. Dash. His research is focused on novel 2D materials like graphene, topological insulators, Weyl and Dirac semimetals, and 2D ferromagnets. The aim of the project is to study charge and spin transport properties of novel materials with potential applications in next-generation electronics for information storage and processing.
