Asif Akram

Post-doc at the division of Design & Human Factors, Department of Industrial and Material Science

Asif Akram focuses his research on the role of digital products and services in creating value in networked environments. He applies a user-centered approach within living lab milieu to explore the value creation enabled by digitalization, and digital and service innovation in various sectors such as transport, logistics and supply chain. The results aim at providing insights to those who are seeking ways to explore the potentials of innovative digital technologies. Asif Akram is member of Association of Information Systems (AIS) since 2010 and Forskarskolan MIT since 2014.
Asif's teaching activities involves supervising theses at PhD and Master levels at Chalmers. He is also partly involved in lecturing on value creation and business digitalization as well as supervising master theses at JIBS, Jönköping University.
