Andreas Ekström

Associate Professor, Subatomic High Energy and Plasma Physics, Department of Physics

Andreas Ekström is a theoretical nuclear physicist. He focuses his research on the strong force that binds protons and neutrons in atomic nuclei. The overarching aim is to create quantum mechanical models to analyse and predict the fundamental properties of atomic nuclei and provide us with new knowledge about the origin and interactions of matter.
