Nobel Prize Lectures 2013

Three of this years Nobel Prize Laureates will guest Chalmers University of Technology and University of Gothenburg this year, to give a presentation of their work.

The Nobel Prize in Physics

On 13 december will one of this years Nobel Laureates in Physics, Francois Englert, give an open lecture in Gothenburg. He was awarded the prize jointly with Peter W Higgs.

The Nobel Peace Prize

The Nobel Peace Prize was this year awarded OPCW (Organization for the Prohibitation of Chemical Weapons) for their work against chemical weapons. On 13 december will the general secretary Ahmet Uzumcu give an open lecture.

The Nobel Prize in Chemistry

On 16 december will one of this years Nobel Laureates in Chemistry, Arieh Warshel, give on open lecture in Gothenburg. He was awarded the prize jointly with Martin Karplus and Michael Levitt.
