  • Course is normally given: The course will be given in spring 2023, starting with a course introduction on Friday Feb 24th at 9.00 in room Kristallen, IMS, and ending in mid-May. The detailed schedule and the assignments will be agreed upon at the introduction. The examination will be based on the individual contributions to the seminars, both the presentations and the discussions. På engelska

Seminars every second week, dealing with
  • Degradation and stability of polymeric materials, a product reuse perspective
  • Plastics recycling, developments and requirements for large-scale processes
  • Renewable polymers, major sources and their applications in polymeric materials
  • Biodegradation of polymeric materials, current processes and prospects
  • Incineration and energy recovery, methods and developments
The course will be based on selected articles and section of books, to be decided later.
