​The scope of the project it to study the environmental impacts of electrification of road bound vehicles with life cycle assessment (LCA) as the main tool. The goal is to identify risks and benefits of different technical solutions based on vehicle type – hybrids (HEVs), pure electric vehicles (EVs) etc. – and system design – charging or direct supply infrastructure, considering environmental aspects.
