Aero-acoustic analysis conceptual low-noise designs for reducing airframe noise induced by high-lift facilities of aircraft wing, wing tips, and landing gears.
An observable pollution from aircrafts is airframe noise. Low-noise generation therefore becomes an essential factor to assess the performances of conceptual airframe designs. We have investigated a number of conceptual configurations for high-lift facilities of wings, wing tips, landing gears. In addition, we have developed a fast and robust code for acoustic analyses.
