Doctoral studies

​Doctoral studies at Space Earth and Environment aims to give the student basic knowledge within the research areas astronomy, environmental science and electrical engineering, in-depth knowledge in oner or some parts of the subject and skills in research methodology.
Doctoral studies lead to a licentiate or doctoral degree. After that you have the possibility to continue your career  with research and development within the academic or non-academic world.
To become a PhD student at the Department you have to apply for a PhD position.

PhD courses​ at SEE

SEE offers a core package of eight PhD courses to its graduate schools. The courses are given on a periodic basis (every third year).
