Deciphering the developmental plasticity of early mammalian embryos

We aim to understand preimplantation mammalian development by combining advanced live-cell imaging approaches with computer-based mathematical modeling and simulations of cell dynamics. This combined with high-throughput genomics, transcriptomics and proteomics data analysis will help us understand the secrets of morphogenesis and cell differentiation during early mouse embryo development at a comprehensive and integrative level.
