The Information Literacy for Learning and Research
Division offers training and educational support in information retrieval,
evaluation of information at scientific level, citation practice and copyright
for Chalmers’ students, doctoral students and staff. The training is
subject-oriented and is included in most Chalmers educational programmes.
We also arrange workshops in the reference
management systems EndNote and Mendeley and participate in the programmes
offered by CLS. As required, students have the option of booking individual
tutorials on search strategies for literature studies.
Our work is largely focused on
undergraduate studies, and we often collaborate with the Language and
Communication Division. We also offer a course for doctoral students via GTS.
