Wednesday evening, 17:00-20:00: Conference dinner combined with a boat tour in the archipelago. It will be a great opportunity to explore the picturesque landscape of Swedish west coast all together.
All social activities are included in the registration fee.
Conference Dinner Menu:
Starter
Västerbotten cheese quiche with bleak roe crème fraîche
(Can also be served vegetarian, without the bleak roe crème fraîche)
Main course
Vegetarian: Truffle-dressed pulses with potatoes and honey-roasted cabbage, topped with chèvre
Fish: Bellman's oven-baked cod with prawns, chopped egg and horseradish browned butter, served with new potatoes and seasonal spring vegetables
Meat: Roast best ribs with a red wine sauce and truffle-dressed pulses, served with potatoes and Romaine lettuce
Dessert
White chocolate and lemon cake with rhubarb compote, served with cream
We need to have all the orders at least two weeks before the dinner.
