Included in the course fee: Lunches for five days, two dinners with social activities and two coffees per day. Please note that accommodation is not included in the registration fee. Unless you are participating in the course with a travel grant, you will need to book your own accommodation, see a recommended selection under Accommodation
Important information about VAT on fees
The fees are stated in SEK excluding Swedish VAT. Please note, in accordance with Swedish Value Added Tax (VAT) requirements, any company or organization from a country outside Sweden with a registered VAT number (or equivalent tax registration number for companies outside of the EU) are NOT required to pay Swedish VAT for registration fees in Sweden.
Delegates from Sweden and private persons are required to pay VAT on registration fee (25%).
Please observe that the stated VAT number needs to be correct when registering for the course. If the wrong VAT number is stated in the registration form you will also be charged the VAT amount (25%). This mistake could also incur a penalty from the Swedish tax office for false information.
Please have your VAT/tax registration number ready before you start the registration process.
In the registration, you will be able to choose whether you prefer to pay by card or by invoice.
We offer four travel grants for students. The grant covers flight ticket and 7 days accommodation, which will be booked by the organizing institution. The grants are available only for Master's students and PhD students worldwide who have paid the course registration fee. Deadline of application is 5 May, 2019.
