Materials for Tomorrow 2015

This year's Materials for Tomorrow conference took place November 3-4, in the conference center of the Student Union Building at Chalmers University of Technology, and the main topic was "Materials in the Year of Light", a celebration of the International Year of Light and Light-based Technologies (IYL 2015), proclaimed by the United Nations.

The conference included a popular science exhibition called "Material i våra liv", which welcomed approximately 1200 students from upper middle school and high school. The students were also offered popular science talks by PhD students in a parallel session in lecture hall Palmstedtsalen.
