Developing practical decision support environments for science and engineering of resilient social habitats is scientifically challenging.  Recent quantitative changes in computing and information sciences have created new opportunities to create innovative tools and technologies in this area that can help advance the science of social habitats.

After a brief overview, I will describe a computational approach to reason about resilient social habitats at-scale. I will describe our joint efforts with researchers at Chalmers University to develop Synthetic Sweden: a privacy preserving spatially explicit data structure that synthesizes data from a variety of sources in a common person and interaction centric framework.

We will briefly describe possible applications of such a data structure in a number of domains, including epidemiology, disaster response and infrastructure modeling.
