Chalmers is by tradition black, white or blue. Black is our main colour, but a special Chalmers blue and Chalmers grey can also be used. The Chalmers grey is chosen to suit backgrounds, covers and patterns. Colours are defined in various codes for different production techniques. Four-colour process printing is defined by CMYK. Spot-colour printing is defined by PMS. Computer and video screens are defined by RGB. Web pages in html-code are defined by hexadecimal numbers. Paints, fabrics etc. are defined by NCS.
