Use of teaching premises
Rules of procedure for undergraduate programmes

A democratically founded student association at the University is entitled to use the teaching premises for meetings which the association arranges for its members if the meeting is held for the purposes of information, expression of opinions or other similar purpose or for the presentation of an artistic work. A person who has been barred by the association from attending the meeting may not be refused entry to the premises at which the meeting is to take place. This does not apply if it can be assumed that there will be some form of disruption of order at the meeting, if something should occur that is in contravention of law or if the association's use of the premises is incompatible with the day-to-day work of the University or with the University's obligations to a third party.
