The House of William Chalmers combines old and new; the drawing rooms maintain an area of timelessness and simple beauty, whereas the conference and group rooms are discreetly equipped with the latest technology and wireless Internet connections are available everywhere.
Each of the conference rooms is equipped with whiteboards, flip charts, pens and note pads; as a guest, you can eat fresh fruit and drink water to your heart’s content. All of the conference rooms have projectors or similar equipment.

Kanalrummet
A large group room that accommodates up to 24 people in a U-shaped and classroom arrangement, or 30 people in a cinema arrangement.

A smaller group room that accommodates 10 people in a U-shaped arrangement or 14 people in a cinema arrangement.

Pelarsalen
A multifunction room that can be used as a conference facility in a U-shaped arrangement, a lecture room in a cinema arrangement, a workshop for a series of small groups, an exhibition facility, etc. The room can accommodate up to 125 people in a cinema arrangement. It can also be converted into a dining room for at least 60 people.

Boardroom
A boardroom for 12 people with videoconferencing equipment, as well as an interactive whiteboard and projector (SmartBoard). Everything you write, draw or otherwise put on the SmartBoard is saved in your computer as a PowerPoint file. (Please note: supports PCs only).

Level 2
Poppelmanska
This is the biggest room on level 2 and has the most technical equipment. It accommodates 100 people in a cinema arrangement, 40 people in a board arrangement and 48 people in a classroom arrangement.
