What is the costs for attending the ceremony and the banquet?
The ceremony will be free of charge for you and your guests, but you must register your them, so that admission tickets can be sent to them. The banquet is free for promovendi and one companion; other guests pay a cost price of 625SEK/person.
When you register the guests you wish to invite, you should indicate whether the guests are to pay for themselves or whether you wish to bear the cost.
Payment should be made to the Events, Chalmers tekniska högskola, on postal giro 4589358-3 at the very latest one week before the ceremony. It is vital that you write name and the event (Conferment Ceremony) on the payment slip. No separate notification of payment will be sent out.
