I only wish to attend the ceremony in the Concert Hall, but not the dinner. It this possible?
Naturally you can choose only to take part in the ceremony but not the dinner. The most important thing is that you let the Marshal's Office know your plans. However, you may not do it to the other way round, that is take part in the banquet but not the ceremony.
