webmaster@chalmers.se and not to individual persons. Be sure to include the following in your message:
- Your name and telephone number
- The type and version of system you are using (e.g., Netscape or Internet Explorer)
- A clear description of the problem in the case of failures (e.g., what you were doing at the time, the exact text of any error messages, and so forth).
