Climate Framework, background
If universities are to move forward and take responsibility as societal actors, they must act upon their research results into climate change and be bold and clear in their communication and collaboration with companies, society and governmental actors. Therefore a group of 37 Swedish universities and colleges has created a combined climate framework to serve as the basis for individual climate strategies; the aim being to align with the Paris Agreement’s 1.5°C warming limit by 2030.

Things to think about making your workshop effective and meaningful
  1. Background and surroundings. Preferably have a calm and discreet background and environment when participating. In Zoom you can choose your own background. Please have no video unless you participate in the sessions or have a question during the discussions.
  2. Sound instructions. Preferably use headphones. Please mute, unless you participate in the sessions or have a question during the discussions.
  3. If you have a question. Please use “Hands Up”, or “Chat”. Remember to put down hands afterwards.
  4. Please, do not do other things at the same time. A focus will make the workshop more meaningful. We will have pauses with possibility to email, telephone and chat with workshop participants
  5. Check your broadband capacity. You have a possibility to test your equipment and zoom client a week in advance. Please participate in the test day 5th of May.
  6. If things go wrong, for instance Zoom client stop working. Please look at Plan B below.
  7. Information about the two out break sessions. There will be two parallel sessions in Part1 of the workshop. You can choose either one, but please stay in that “Zoom-room” helping us to keep the sessions effective

Plan B if trouble in zoom or other technical things
If Zoom gives you trouble, please shut down your Zoom client, connect again after 10 minutes. If that doesn't work, please attend to the Team meeting: (link will be uploaded before the workshop)
