Malin Tarrar

PhD Student at the division of Production Systems, Department of Industrial and Materials Science

Malin is a PhD student at the division of Production Systems. In March 2018 she presented her licentiate thesis on “Supporting Operators with their daily tasks in complex production environments – a perspective on ICT tools”. I have a M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management.

Her research focus is on supporting operators with their daily tasks, and production complexity through using assistive technologies such as cognitive automation. With the aim to enable manufacturing companies to accommodate for changes in workforce skill-set and demography and utilize the skills of the workforce.

Malin is teaching on sustainability connected to the production system and simulation.
