Bo Egardt

Bo Egardt is a Professor emeritus in the research group Automatic Control. His research interests in control range from adaptive and hybrid systems control theory to applications in the process and automotive industry. His research is often conducted in cooperation with industry, with the purpose to contribute to energy efficiency and product quality, as in his project on Energy management for hybrid and plug-in hybrid electric vehicles. Bo Egardt is a member of the Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences and a Fellow of the IEEE, and teaches Control on undergraduate and graduate levels.
