The Division of Physical Resource Theory conducts interdisciplinary research and education in several fields related to sustainable development. Our work ranges over climate science, energy modeling, industrial ecology, and complex systems.

Division members help disseminate research results to the general public through media interviews, general interest articles, and public lectures and also provide briefings to businesses, government committees, the Swedish Parliament, and the European Union.

We offer courses at both the undergraduate and graduate level.
